Virgo, being an earth element, would first be compatible with other earth elements, Virgo, Capricorn and Taurus. After that, I subscribe to the belief that air elements are the next compatible group (Aquarius, Gemini, Libra). Both the earth and air elements address life situations and challenges with their logic first and emotions second. This does not make them superior, just the way they address life and therefore, they understand each other's behavior.
