Ohio
The Ohio River creates the southern borders of Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio where it meets the Mississippi River.
The Ohio River forms the borders of West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois. The border terminates at the confluence with the Mississippi and the border with Pennsylvania.
It borders Ohio to the south. It then runs into the Mississippi River.

Wabash River, Ohio River, and Mississippi River
Both Illinois (capital Springfield) and Kentucky (capital Frankfort) border both the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers. Illinois is to the north of the Ohio and Kentucky is to the south.
The Mississippi River is nowhere near Ohio. Its tributary, the Ohio River, separates Ohio from Kentucky and West Virginia to the south.
