How many levels of passages does the cave have?

Mammoth Cave has 5 levels of passages.

What caused the five levels of passages to form in the Mammoth Cave?

I can't speak for Mammoth Cave as I've never visited it (nor come to that the USA!) but generally, caves form on levels controlled by the relative elevations of their sinks (absorbing water from the land-surface) and risings (springs) - the water's outlet at a lower level. Over geological time the outlet level is lowered, typically by the valley in which the spring lies being deepened by "rejuvenation" in response often to falling sea-levels. This down-cutting works its way back up-stream. If the rising is lowered, the cave's stream will erode its way down to the new level, often developing new, descending passages to do so. The original outlet may thus be left abandoned higher up the hillside, as a dry entrance. This cycle may be repeated several times, as in Mammoth Cave (and many others) to leave a distinct set of passage levels throughout the system. For a detailed description of Mammoth Cave's specific development you'd have to seek out formal reports or books on it, written by cavers who have explored, surveyed and studied it.

How do you display ground levels on site plan?

You can display ground levels by labeling in legend or, you can add a elevation measure, such as (ground +0,00) ( 1rst floor +3,07) and so on...

Why did the woolly mammoth get extinct?

The wooly mammoth was a late pleiocene/late pleistocene mammal associated with the major glacial periods. Because of adaptation to an environment with lower sea levels, colder weather, and more planes areas, The mammoth was able to sustain itself in the higher lattitudes. because the glacial period subsided quicker than the mammoth could migrate, they went extinct. they were unable to move to areas that could sustain their diets

What are the reading of dumpy level on staff when you do levels of ground?

When using a dumpy level to determine ground levels, you will record the reading on the staff where the cross-hairs of the level align with the staff. This reading represents the height of the level line above the ground at that point. By taking multiple readings at various points, you can create a profile of the ground levels across the area.

Why are there different ideas that explain how the Siberian wooly mammoths came to be frozen underground?

Not usually frozen ground, but ice itself. Ice preserves carcasses better because the air capsules in the ice balance the oxygen levels. Ice and frozen ground in ancient siberia stays frozen ground. And it works as a near perfect preserve.
