you can phone them and have them send you the app in the mail or you can go to a Texaco and pick up the app fill it out and send it in to Chevron and you can use it at all Texaco gas stations
Texaco has a gas card like all other gas station chains. If you wish to apply for one you can go to http://www.chevrontexacocards.com/.
Only Shell branded gas stations accept Shell gift cards. Years back when Shell and Chevron were fighting over Texaco, you could use the cards at the Texaco stations, but not anymore.
