San Diego is in Southern California. It was established by the Spanish and then Mexico controlled it. The last mission built was in San Diego. Today, a great place to visit is Old Town San Diego and the Hotel Del Coronado a luxury hotel. They have a good Sunday brunch in the Crown Room.
