Yes, it should be - providing you are driving in FL in conformance with the restrictions that NJ places upon it.However, not every state in the US will permit an out-of-state driver to drive in their state on a learner's permit. This might be true of the states you would drive through on your way to FL (i.e.: DC- VA - NC - SC - GA). You will have to do your own research to see if they honor out-of-state learners permits.
Yes, as long as there is a licensed driver over the age of 21 in the right hand passenger seat at all times.
you must be 16 and a half to get a permit in new jersey
Yes, CDL permits - which are federally regulated - are recognized throughout. They are not like learner's permits for a regular passenger car license, where regulation is up to each state. Pennsylvania doesn't recognize out-of-state learner's permits except for CDL permits.
Providing that you are legally "fully" licensed (not a learners permit) there should be no difficulty in driving your parent(s).
Yes, he can, as long as he is at least 16 years old and accompanied by a licensed driver 21years or older. He cannot drive between 12a.m. and 5 a.m. if under 18. See: http://www.riroe.k12.il.us/riroe/riverdale/DrEd/permits/permits.htm for all states or see RMV sites of individual states for more details.
of course no. you have to go to MVC and get one from NJ to drive here legal. Good Luck :)
As long as you are conforming to the limitations and restrctions of your NY learner's permit, you can legally drive in any state.
If you are eligible for, and have been issued, a "full" privilege drivers license (i.e.: NOT a learners permit) I see no reason why not.
you need a permit to hunt anywhere so yes you need a permit to hunt in NJ
I believe that learner's permit is strictly in your own state. You might want to call your Department of Motor Vehicle though.
You can not register a vehicle in NJ on a permit so therefore you can not get insurance on a car in NJ on a permit. However, If your insuring a vehicle that is co-owned by your parents then they can insure it for you but you cant go anywhere without them or a responsible adult.
