Pennsylvania offers reciprocity for public adjusters in all states where the adjusters currently have a valid license. This helps to quickly address insurance claims across the country as needed.
There are 45 states that have reciprocity agreement with each other for moving violations. Both Maryland and Pennsylvania are among them.
All states (an all countries) have reciprocity for drivers licenses, learners permits are a much more complicated issue.
