The correct term is socialized medicine. Medical care is provided to all citizens by the government and paid for by tax money. Socialized medicine is a system designed to provide an entire population with complete medical care through government regularization and subsidization of medical and health services. It does not leave anyone out of receiving healthcare because they cannot afford to pay for it as often happens in the United States where private healthcare costs have risen sharply in the last few years. Socialized medicine exists in at least 34 countries including Canada, Great Britain, Spain, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Austria, Sweden, Finland and Israel. The US Veteran's Administration is finder and operated by the government much the same as a socialized medicine system. Doctors are paid by the government and veteran's and military hospitals are operated by the government.
none of them do
No, There are few countries with socialized medicine. Britain is one. Canada, on the other hand, does not have socialized medicine even though it has a single payer system. In "socialized medicine" physicians are direct government employees and hospitals are directly owned by the government. In Canada, for example, physicians are in private practice (except medical researchers & medical school professors) & hospitals are non profit with non government boards. The only government involvement in Canada is paying the bills in the same way that an insurance company pays the bills in the US. There is no government involvement in decision making between patients and physicians, as opposed to the situation in the US where Medical Insurance Companies stand between patients & physicians, rationing care for profit & dictating treatment decisions to physicians.
India does not allow medicine to be mailed from the United States. Customs officials in either country have the right to hold and inspect in package that may contain medicine.

* All US states allow wage garnishment for creditor debt with the exception of Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Carolina and Texas (depending upon the debtor's circumstances). All US states allow income garnishment for child support, tax arrearages and in some states spousal support (alimony).
During the cold war the US would support "almost" anyone that resisted communism.
Healthcare in Germany is in the form of a universal multi payer system. The system consists of both law enforced insurance and private insurance. People who fall below a certain income level, have their insurance provided through private non-profit "sickness funds."
You can get arrested in all US states if you don't follow the court order to pay child support.
They should be treated with a little bit of care
None. The US Treasury Department (federal government) garnishes benefit checks for child support; as long as you're receiving VA or Social Security benefits, there is nowhere you can live and escape responsibility for supporting your children.
