All of them- but it may not be in all parts of a state.
If a rifle is permitted for hunting, semi autos can be used in MOST states. Pennsylvania does not permit them for big game hunting. You would need to check the hunting regulations for YOUR state.
shoot it in the head with a 30-06 rifle or any high power hunting rifle.
Yes, if you have a semi auto and are in a rifle county. It has about the same power as a 30-30 deer rifle. Nothing great.
No. There is Rifle Shooting, Shotgun Shooting, Wilderness Survival, Nature, and Mammal Study, but no hunting. Hunting and trapping are not approved activities for Boy Scouts but are allowed for Venturers.
You will have to contact each state directly to find out.
Hunting rifles tend to be lighter, have more slender barrels, and sights that are useful for hunting. I have one target rifle that weighs 12 pounds, and has a 24 power scope. It is an excellent long range rifle when fired from a benchrest. I would not want to carry it any great distance, nor fire it standing offhand. The scope would have such a small field of view, it would be very difficult to FIND a moving animal in it.
it depends on what your hunting
No it is designed for backyard target, small rodent control and simple shooting. It doesn't have enough power hunting

A "sniper rifle" is simply a rifle employed for that purpose. So long as the "sniper rifle" meets the criteria and restrictions for hunting firearms in the state you're hunting in, you can use it.
depends on what you want to do with the rifle. .223 makes a good target load, but is rather light for hunting larger animals- in fact, not legal in several states. The .243 has more recoil (slightly) but has more range and power.
Hunting rifle scopes come in a wide variety and are easy to find online. Some websites like The Scope Smith and Optics Best Buy offer hunting rifle scopes.
