Firstly, to become a member of the WikiAnswers Influential Teens (WIT) Program, you need to be between the ages of 13-18, and have a minimum of 50 good non-message board contributions on WikiAnswers. To see more information on the guidelines for the WIT Program, see the Related Links below.
A good WIT member needs to demonstrate the following abilities:
* Participate in the WIT goals and initiatives.
* Complete WIT missions.
* Help out other WIT members when possible.
* Participate in the WIT Forum.
* Offer motivation to your other WIT members.
* Keep in regular contact with your WIT Program Coordinator.
When WIT began, it was divided into teams. However, we have now improved the program by instead dividing WIT into divisions. Our four divisions focus on contributing to different aspects of the site. Each WIT member works on an individual basis, although it is still important to support your other WIT members.
If you are interested in joining the WIT Program, please complete the WIT Application Form. (See Related Link below.) You will need to provide your user name, email address, date of birth, the WIT Division you want to join, and your favorite topics on WikiAnswers.

You can message other users (which isn't regularly recommended). You could focus on a specific category, and clean up the categories and make improvements on the question and answer. If you are certainly interested in re-categorizing and making improvements you could join WIT if you are a teenager or even become a WIT Adult Advisor or WIT Team Leader.
