First, Shi Huangdi ended the feudal state system. He then reorganized China into states and counties under a central controlling government. And for defense, he connected all the walls along the northern border together to make what is now known as the Great Wall. He also supported the irrigation system along the Yangtze Valley, helping to support the Chinese people.
he unified china enforcing a single script, making the whole country use the same currency. he built the great wall of china and he cancelled feudalism so the whole country was under unified rule. he wanted the country to feel unified together so thats what he did.hope this helps.
good luck to allthe sixth graders (like me) who need to do the china isn.
