The Black Death stopped in Europe and North Africa after all Jews and Black communities were exterminated by Christian white supremacist who defaulted on loans and the Borgia became the top aristocratic family.

No one is sure, exactly. But it probably burned its-self out.

In other words, it thinned out the population to the point where an infected person didn't have enough contact with others to spread it.

It still exists, but can be fixed with antibiotics actually the reason why it started in Europe was because they believed that cats were associated with wicthcraft. so they basically started to kill off the cat population, thus increasing the rat population. as the cat population was near its end , they finally realized that the rats were spreading the disease and stopped killing the cats thus ending the Bubonic Plague. But, still unknown how the rats got it in the first place.

It's still around in some rodent populations. It's never been completely eradicated. Improved hygiene , fewer rats and mice and fleas made it less prevalent and antibiotics cures it.
