If you still have your Windows Vista license key (which is usually on a stick on the outside of the computer on which it was installed), then you can download and burn the ISO to a disc and reinstall with that. Beyond that, you will have to look for Windows Vista from second-tier vendors such as in the Amazon Marketplace (those who sell through Amazon but who do not represent Amazon itself) since Vista is no longer burned to disc and sold by Microsoft or its retailers.
I would suggest one thing, though. If your machine is capable of running Windows Vista, you might consider replacing it with Windows 7 since they are practically the same thing under the proverbial hood with Windows 7 just being cleaned up and having lots of the bugs fixed. Windows 7 is much more easily found as well since it is still in stock and marketed by first-tier retailers (such as my company).
