The Ileum!
The jejunum is before the ileum, & the cecum is after the ileum.
The last portion of the large intestine is the sigmoid colon which empties into the rectum.
The distal portion of the small intestine is the ileum. Note the difference in spelling from "ilium", which is a bone that fuses with the pubis and ischium to form the bony pelvis.
The ileum is the last segment of the small intestine and joins to the cecum of the large intestine at the ileocecal junction.
The ileocecal valve is located at the end of the last section of the small intestine.

The last section of the small intestine is the ileum.
The ileum is the third and final section of the small intestine. After the stomach there is the duodenum and the jejunum. The ileum terminates where it joins the caecum.
The duodenum is the section of the small intestine that is attached to the stomach.

The ileum is the final section of the small intestine, located between the jejunum and the cecum, which is the beginning of the large intestine. It is located in the lower right quadrant of the abdomen.
The large intestine is the shorter but wider section of the intestine. The small intestine is longer but narrower.
It's located in the small intestine epithelium.
The duodenal loop is a section of the small intestine. It is in this section of the small intestine that chemical digestion begins.
The iliocecal valve is an involuntary smooth muscle sphincter located between the ileum (small intestine) and the secum (portion of large intestine). Its function is to prevent backflow or reflux into the ileum.
The sphincter muscle, or ileocecal valve is located at the junction of the small and large intestine.
The tube at the beginning of the small intestine is the duodenum; this is only one section of the small intestine.
