Take the Downtown A or C (of the A-C-E, the blue line) from 42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal to Fulton Street.You'll exit the subway at or near the corner of Fulton and Nassau Streets. Walk east on Fulton Street until you get to the East River. You will know you're walking east because the next street you'll reach will be William Street.
