What super powers do senior supervisors have on WikiAnswers that category or floating supervisors don't?
Being a Senior Supervisor, in and of itself, does not give a volunteer supervisor any special capabilities.
Why aren't premier answerers allowed to have super powers?
First of all, premier answerers are contributors with outstanding answers. Super powers can only be given to Supervisors, and Supervisors are people who dedicate a lot of time to WikiAnswers, and are among the most trusted members.The "job descriptions" of a premier answerer and a supervisor are very different, so actions taken to obtain a premier answerer badge may not align with those of a supervisor. Although premier answerers are very trusted members of WikiAnswers, they still may not qualify for a supervisor position. Premier answerers are trusted, but usually in the form of answers, and not responsibilities that the person can handle.In addition, most current premier answerers declined the opportunity to become a Supervisor with full-fledged super powers. Thus, the highest status left to give those who turned down the option to become a Supervisor is being a premier answerer. This status is still pretty high up there in the contributor hierarchy, but doesn't have any super powers to come with it - that's what a Supervisor's abilities are.The premier answerer badge is not gained easily. Those that carry the badge are valued contributors on WikiAnswers and may be considered for a supervisor position in the future. The best method of obtaining a super badge is to make exceptional contributions: answers and organization.
What happens when a supervisor violates the rules on Answers.com?
We the Supervisors must follow a set of guidelines as well as the community guidelines, and forum guidelines. If we break a rule (abuse, vandalism, cyber-bullying etc.), we are sent under the Supervisor Code of Conduct Corrective Action. This is a actions taken by a Community Assistant in hopes that we the Supervisors obey the rules again, and can continue using our powers for what they should be used for. When they're warned for the first time, he or she will be sent a friendly warning with an explanation of what he or she has done wrong. If he or she is warned for a second time, he or she will receive a formal warning or temporary suspension of Super Powers or temporary suspension from the site. And last but not least, if he or she is warned for a third time, he or she will receive a temporary suspension of Super Powers or termination of Supervisor status or permanent suspension from the site.

A Senior Supervisor is not like a Senior Citizen where once a certain age, they are deemed into that category. A Senior Supervisor is a Super that has made many valuable contributions to WikiAnswers and has been around for a while on the site.
