According to the "American Muslim Mom" website (refer to the link, below), the surah, or chapter from the Koran/Quran, which may be recited when one is in distress is as follows: "Surah al-Dhuha (The Morning Light) when you are feeling anxious, distressed, uneasy, down-in-the-dumps or just feeling sad & helpless."
It is a short Ayat that Hazrat Younus (AS) recited when he was caught in the belley of the fish. It is also called: A'ayat Kareemah:
It is: La ila ha illa anta subhanaka inni kunto minazzalimeen.
Hazrat Younus gor freedom from the belley of that fish by reciting this a'ayat.
1. recite AL-Awwal 2. recite surah al -anbiya verse 89 3. recite surah maryam and pyay for male child 4. recite surah yasin 5. recite surah inshiqaq
Surah Al-Fatiha
Why not !
First you recite Surat Al - Fattiha then you can recite any Surat form the Quran
If you recite sura Yasin one time you get reward as if you have recited the whole Qur'an. If you recite it for 234 times, you will get the reward of reciting the Qur'an for 234 times.
I don't find a reason why not.
hi there recite surah nisaa and surah juma..may Allah help you! thanks but hw many time and when?
Nothing special to recite in Taraweeh Salat (or namaz). You can recite whatever is convenient to you and of what length of verses you can afford and manage. However, some prefer to take this opportunity and recite the full Quran in order over the full month of Ramadan; from Surah Al Baqarah until end of Quran. In each night of Taraweeh salat, one Juz' (or part, around 20 pages) is recited.
None !!!
Surah ikhlas
Surah-e-Ikhlas
The archangel, Jibraeel commanded Muhammad to recite the word: 'Iqra' which translates to read. After this, he also instructed Muhammad to recite the first six verses of Surah Al-Alaq after him.He did this, so as to obey the will of God and being the medium through which the holy verses were revealed, it was Jibraeel's duty.
