There are various reasons for that happening. It may just be a case of making the graph larger. You could also adjust the font size of the labels along the axis. You can also check that you do actually have the labels actually entered. Any of these options can be got to through the chart menu, by picking Chart Options and then Titles, or if you click on one axis and select it and then right click the mouse, you'll get a shortcut menu where you can go in and try to adjust things.
