Answer Talos and Sniper squads (ten warriors with 2 Dark Lances) are sometimes not recommended by pro-players but in against Eldar they are pretty effective considering how cheap they are and the fact that eldar like to spray fire and blow up all your raiders. They have lots of spray.
Raiders are the heart of any army but keep the previous point in mind.

∙ 13y ago- Tanks and blast weapons are ideal as Tyranids are a swarm army.
- The new night spinner will cut up Tyranids no problem.
- Jet bikes are also very effective as they can easily outrun anything. Just stay more than 48 inches (longest range tyranid weapon) away and you should be fine.
- If you do get up close then D-Cannons and wraith cannons are your best hope.
- The main point is fire power, lots and lots of ranged fire power.
