You always cook poultry at 350 or more. I like to cook at 450 to be sure it cooks thouroughly, plus it cuts 10 minutes off the cook time. I am doing two breasts, bone-in, two cans of cream of mushroom, cooked in a casserole dish. I expect it to take 30 minutes, then I'll check the temp and add time as needed.

There are many alternative types of soup, to potato. A few examples are chicken noodle, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, black bean and turkey and rice.

It is simple to make and has the following ingredients: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 6 oz. egg noodles, 1 can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup crushed buttery crackers and 1/2 cup butter.

Mushroom and egg is cheaper but sesame chick tastes better depending on how you make it. Personally, I'd recommend mushroom and egg served with cream because it's hard to screw that up.
Try cooking sliced mushrooms and adding cream
No cream you can get will have this effect.
You can add a little cream and white wine.
