it depends on wat crop it is
Cash crops is a term given to crops that people grow solely to make a profit off it, not necessarily because they need it to survive. An example of this is cotton production in the southern United States in the 19th century.
To grow crops you need sun and water over time the crops will grow. Don't give the crops too much water or sunlight or it will overflow.....
Many farmers grew there crops more than they needed, so they used the crops they didn't need as a cash crop.
Seasons and farming link together because farming needs the right temperature and season to grow. Certain crops need the sun to be bright in the sky with a warm temperature to grow. While other crops grow best in winter when there is barely any Sun and there is cold temperatures. For example, strawberries are a winter crop. In summer, the heat tends to make the strawberries rot. In winter, strawberries can grow with sunlight, but not to much. It is also the right temperature to grow in.
Cause they need to eat.
tundra is a cold climatic place. For the production of rice the crops need high temperature for its growht. thats why tundra do not grow rice
Weeds act as competition for the same space and nutrients that crops need to grow. If and when weeds are allowed to grow in the field, the farmer will more often than not get lower grain yeilds. In crops where the seed is harvested and sold as a cash crop, this is a serious threat. In crops where the plants are to be chopped up into silage, this is not as big as a threat because the silage is going to be eaten by livestock anyway.
What I'm doing at the moment is buying droppings and turning them into manure, then selling the manure in the shop. You also need to grow some Crops in meadows :)
Farmers planted crops that did not need a lot of water to grow
You just need to know how to do it.
it is done there because te hill has good soil to grow crops ...the crops need rich dirt in order for the crops to grow
it depends in the kind of plant it is!
