Normally between 232 degrees to 235 degrees.
Your temperature sensor or a fuse is bad.
The engine temperature must reach 232-235 degrees in order for the cooling fans to come on. They will shut off at about 195-200 degrees. Also when the air conditioner is on the cooling fans automatically come on regardless of temperature.
The fans are electric. Either the fan motors have stopped working or the temperature switch that turns them on is broken. I would replace the switch and see if you can get the fans to come on. You can get a switch from RockAuto.com for about $8.00 and one fan motor for about $75.00.
well the thermostat open at 195 degrees, so the fans should come on at the same time
Do they work when you turn the A/C or Defroster on? If so it could be temperature sensor If not it could be fuse
Right around 235 degrees.

sensor is on the left side right above where the heater hose connection goes into the engine. It is a 2 wire plug
With the radiator full and the recovery tank 1/2 filled you will need to start the engine and when the temperature reaches 232 to 235 degrees the cooling fans should come on. If not then take it to a repair shop and have then diagnosis the problem.
Primary on at 226 deg. off at 221 deg. Secondary on at 235 deg., off at 230 deg. Some cars may have both fans operating at the same settings, and some will have primary and secondary settings. Can be reprogramed through the PCM to change the temperatures to allow fans to come on sooner.
It is the sensor located in the water pump. It is a 2 prong plug, screwed straight into the front of the water pump. The other sensor that is located in the cylinder head is for your gauge.
probably the relay, a couple dollar fix
