But many Christians do use contraception (ie condoms, rythm method).Christians would object to forms that contraception that would destroy an egg that has already been fertilized. They consider that 'new life', even though it's in its very early stages. They consider it tantamount to abortion. They consider abortion as murder. So they avoid such contraceptive means.
