This is just my opinion, but I like playing Crysis on my Ubuntu Computer. The graphics are absolutely amazing.
But, you could pretty much play any game you want on Ubuntu as long as its also compatible with windows. All you have to do is install Wine and you can run them pretty well, but some of them don't work as nicely as others.
