Both are fuel injected, one is throttle body injected and the other is tuned port injection, the first one looks like a carburetor and the last one is internally injected.

Just an educated guess, but I believe all 1992 305 Camaro's had TBI (Throttle body Injection), the 1989 Firebird 305 does not, other then that I don't know of any difference unless you have a more specific question...
Not likely. Because of the body style change between 1992 and 1993 (3rd generation to 4th generation), it is unlikely that the rear end will fit due to the difference in fender sizes and other specifications.
