It depends on your build, activity level, and genetics. As long as you're within the Body Mass Index criteria and you *feel* good, then that's the ideal weight for you. If you don't feel good about your weight or you want something a bit more specific, that's something you should take up with your doctor because she/he would know way, way better than anyone on the internet.

There are a few measures that can be used to determine normal, healthy weight. Body-mass index is one measure, which you can look up online through the government. Also, there is another measure that determines your "ideal" weight, which may not be appropriate in all cases, for all body types, but here goes: For women: Start with 100 pounds at 5 feet. Add 5 pounds for each inch above five feet. This should give you your ideal weight (for a woman with a height of 5'3" the ideal weight would be 115 pounds). For men: Start with 106 pounds at 5 feet. Add 6 pounds for each inch above five feet. This should give you wour ideal weight (for a man with a height of 5'3" the ideal weight would be 124).
The ideal body mass index (BMI) for adults is between 18.5 & 24.9 To figure out what this means for you, try using a BMI calculator or table such as the one below. http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Yes, in fact it means that you should fact gain some weight (but of course to not over-do it).
A healthy body weight depends on people's body type, gender, age,and height. What may be right for one person, might not be right for another. As long as your BMI is normal (keep in mind that it might not be accurate to everyone) ,you eat healthy and exercise normally then you should be fine.
About one foot tall at the shoulder.
no people of the same height have diffrent weights, a given height maps to more than one weight
The best way to maintain one's ideal weight is to maintain a steady exercise program and eat healthy food. Avoiding stress can also play an important role in maintaining weight.
