I'm pretty sure there isn't a cheat. Never mind. All you have to do is type in boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true ( With all the spaces and capital letters) Then Push down shift and click on any person. then click on spawn. Then you click on sim modder. Now be the teenager or adult Sim. Then click on the baby there and do relation ships and click on mutual with other. Then click on love. You will see hearts floating above their heads. And they will fall in love.
