The only true doric style I could find, besides the ancient greek/roman temples to the gods, is the statue of liberty They certainly look doric style on the columns but I dont know if that is designed with that specific order in mind. Most of all the Washington DC monuments and other countries capitol buildings are either Ionic or Corinthian order

You can find Doric columns at many of the buildings that were made when the Doric order was the common architecture of the time. The most famous Doric columns would be found at the Parthenon temple.

It's actually not he Donic order, but rather, the Doric order. It is the oldest of the three Greek orders Architectural style. The Doric order preceded the Iconic order, which was folowed by the Corinthian order. These styles get their names from The ancient peoples of Greece. The Dorians, the Ionians and the Corinthians.
