There are a great multitude of nations which lie entirely west of the Prime Meridian. All of North, Central, and South America lie west of the Prime Meridian as do some European and African nations. European nations: Iceland Ireland Portugal African nations: Morocco Mauritania Senegal Gambia Guinea Guinea-Bissau Sierra Leone Liberia Cote d'Ivoire (Western Sahara) Note: Since the Earth is spherical (shaped like a ball), you can reach any country on the globe by traveling west frpom the Prime Meridian. So, in summary, the only countries that do NOT lie entirely west of the Prime Meridian are those that are traversed by it.
