doctors mainly do like their jobs but some times they aren't the right type of person and are more intrested in other things but they usaly know what they are sighning up for when they applie for the job

Occasionally, usually during an acute insult, it can make things worse and so it is common for doctors to recommend it for people with kidney disease but them stop it if things take a sudden turn for the worse.
