Does God give us everything we ask for?
It has been said that if enough people ask God enough times for enough things, some of those things will happen purely by chance. Chance does not give us everything we pray for, but we remember the times our prayers were answered and tend to forget the times when fortune went the other way.

It is not necessarily true that people are deceived into pursuing the things of the world and neglecting what is from God. Many would say that they no longer believe in God or that God provides for us. One could equally ask why so many are deceived into pursuing the things from God and neglecting their chance of happiness in this life.

God loves all people equally.But only the people who ask jesus in to their hearts and ask god to forgive them get to go to heaven and be with jesus.

God can do anything but there are things he chooses not to do such as smite people
