They will probably go when they feel ready or get bored. There is not much point in telling them to go because they wont listen. There teenagers.
Usually teenagers parents make them go to bed around 10 other wise they will stay up until they naturally fall asleep

They should go to bed around 8 to 9 so they won't be grumpy in the morning for school. I know this may be a bit stupid but it is good for their health.
It depends on how long you sleep. If you're going to bed at 10:00pm, you should be getting up at 4:00am - 7:00am.
11 o clock at night is best your welcome :p :]
10.00

I don't find it to be appropriate 15 year olds are in high-school while 11 year olds are in middle school, maybe even in elementary. There is a huge difference between the two experiences of school time.
8 o clock, maybe. Depends on the time they need to get up for school. 9 year olds could probably benefit from 10 hours sleep.
I would say nine in the evening my seven year old daughter goes to bed at half seven and my step daughter who is nine goes to bed at eight so i would say nine on a school night otherwise they are too tired for school.
There is night club called - StarZ Club, although it is for 14-17 year olds.
On average, a student will spend around 15,000 hours in school from kindergarten to 12th grade, which is approximately 13 years of schooling. This includes both in-class time and other school-related activities.
