Most buildings have at least one set of meetings in the morning on Sundays, but some buildings have more than one local unit meeting there.
Some LDS church buildings are home to a single ward (LDS Congregations). This is common when the ward covers a very large territory. They will typically meet in the morning on Sunday. In other parts of the country where many members of the church is more predominant, several wards will share the same building and thus stagger the times that they meet with some overlap. In my building, we meet from 9:00am until 12:00, and another ward will meet from 11:00-2:00 and the third group to use the building will be from 1:00-4:00. In our area, the wards will rotate their meeting time each year to give everyone the opportunity to experience the benefits and disadvantages of each block.
Note that in countries where local custom or law prohibits Sunday worship meetings may be held on Friday or Saturday.
