The PlayStation Store has it available already. The cost is $14.95 in the USA. There are 3 files needed to be downloaded. The largest is the WAW Zombies Maps at over 1000 MB. The Rezurrection Map Pack is 735 MB and there is a smaller file for the zombies soundtrack. The download time was only about 10 minutes with my Comcast premium high speed connection and a wired connection to the PS3. Installation of the download took another 5-10 minutes each for both Rezurrection and WAW Zombie maps.
