The mating season for bald eagles that live in the southern part of North America is from late September through November, while in the Great Plains and Mountain West, mating season ranges from January through to March. In Alaska bald eagles' mating season is from late March to early April.
The wedge-tailed eagle of Australia, however, breed from April to September, but mostly in July, which is Australia's mid-winter.
