As long as you are conforming to the limitations and restrctions of your NY learner's permit, you can legally drive in any state.
A student should be a learner licence holder for 12 months and must complete 120 hours of driving, which should include 20 hours of night driving. If you want to know how to get your P1 quicker, ask a driving school in Penrith. bit.ly/YQtch4
Under UK Law, a full license holder MUST be in the car's passenger seat whilst a learner driver is driving as well as L-plates being displayed on both front and back of the car.
no
I think they can, if they have guide to help them while they drive. Other than that, no. You should always wait until you're very comfortable with driving, and take comments from other people, too, to see how you're doing. In the UK, a learner must have a passenger (i.e. not drive alone), and that passenger must be over 21 years and have held a full driving licence for 3 years or more.
As long as someone who has a drivers license is also in the car at the same time.
Yes, he can, as long as he is at least 16 years old and accompanied by a licensed driver 21years or older. He cannot drive between 12a.m. and 5 a.m. if under 18. See: http://www.riroe.k12.il.us/riroe/riverdale/DrEd/permits/permits.htm for all states or see RMV sites of individual states for more details.
If you're driving - ONLY if you're accompanied by a full licence holder !
A GPS holder (which is commonly known as GPS mount) is a holder made of plastic attached to a suction cup. You stick the mount to your windsheild and then clip the GPS to the holder. This allows you to use the GPS while you are driving.
A commercial driver's license is required by law in order to drive a truck. Hence owners of regular driver's license will need to pass additional tests which will upgrade their license from private to CDL. Some States issue learner's permit for behind-the-wheel training on public highways as long as the learner's permit holder is accompanied by someone with a valid CDL for the class and type of vehicle being operated.
You are breaking the law, at lease in the UK. A learner driver must have a full licence holder sitting in the passenger seat, display 'L' plates front and rear of the vehicle, be covered by insurance, and not drive on the motorways.
