Clean it with hydrogen peroxide and use antibacterial cream. If it is deep and/or bleeding, cover it with gauze or some other bandaging until it stops bleeding, changing every so often. Try not to get it wet. If the bandaging becomes dirty, change it. Try not to get the cut dirty. If there's grit in it, rinse under running water and try to get all the grit out without worsening the injury before doing the above.
If only the wild turtle shows no agression. From my xperience, my wild turtle fatally bit my small red eared slider to death.

When a turtle's eyes are a bit watery, it could be a sign of a dehydration, Infection, or diet related. But over all it would be ok.
