well if an error read disk screen is displayed then maybe your CD has scratches or the laser of the lens in you ps2 has dusts on it so in this case try cleaning your CD or your ps2 lens.there also a common error screen saying cannot open file OGREVO 1 when reaching chapter 10 in yakuza 2 this problem happens because you either saved the game directly before chapter 10 begins so try to save the game after chapter 10 if that didn't work then maybe the problem that you have one of the ps2s that cannot read dual layer disks or you have one of the corrupted copyrights of the game.
