Being a guy, I would want to know the truth. Even if he doesn't nessicarily like you back he will still feel good to know that somebody somewhere likes him. Now if he has a gf that's a different story. In the case that he has a gf just be like " guess what!? " "I have had the biggest crush on you for a really long time" and just make it seem like it's no big deal. Even if it is:/ that's all I can say and I reall.
