Make sure you understand why, if its a simple misunderstanding then resolve it quickly before it evolves.
DO NOT accuse her of anything, you cannot fix it overnight, it will take time, tell her that you care for her and it will make you both unhappy if you carry on 'hating' each other.
Talk somewhere you both feel comfortable, where no-one can interupt you, if she is not ready to talk give her time, tell her that you are willing to wait.
It may be hard but try not to dominate the conversation with your own feelings as she may feel that you are trying to make the conversation your own, i.e. she cant get a word in edgeways.
Treat this situation as you would getting a new pet who's afraid; space, comfort when needed, understanding and most important, love.
Good luck
If she doesn't have any real reason (and they usually don't) it may be a problem for a professional. It may also be genetic - narcissim or guilt, or it may be jealousy! Forgive, forget, ignore and pray!
