What to do if fruit cake is under baked?

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. If it is only the outer layer, you can try cutting that off. Otherwise, like most baked goods, if they are over-baked or burnt you cannot really fix them up again afterwards.

I have successfully just put it back in the oven to continue cooking even after it had been completely cooled. Set the over low (like 300) and keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn on the outside. You could cover it with aluminum to help prevent scorching. Check it often so it doesn't over cook.

It is very difficult. If the cake is only burnt on the very outermost layer, you can try to trim off the burnt pieces and then the under-laying cake might still be good. Unfortunately, often a burnt cake myst be thrown away and is no good at all.

Once a cake has been burnt or over-cooked, it is very hard to make it edible again. You can try trimming off edges if those are the only parts that were over-cooked, or adding soem rich frosting. Otherwise, you cannot save it.

It is not possible to unbake a cake. Once the batter has been exposed to heat, the chemical processes of baking cannot be reversed.

You can't unbake a cake but you can mix in a bunch of frosting and make cake balls, which sort of tastes like unbaked cake
