The best thing to do is to make sure that the child is not in too much stress. Place the toddler on it's side or upsright so that it does not choke on its own vomit. If it is a real problem, then contact a medical professional.
Ensure their mouth (or face) is pointed downward so they do not choke, ( a sitting or standing & leaning downward position.) Let them expel all they need to . Hold their hair back if necessary. Give soda cracker after to remove the bad taste, even one bite will help.
Get them a puke bowl for when they are not in the bathroom and water to rinse their throat out and keep the acid from damaging their throat and empty stomach.
(puking can cause teary eyes and runny nose so tissues may be needed)
Try helping them by calming them down and make sure that when they have finished vomiting, they have lots of cool water to get rid of the horrible taste in their mouth. Help them calm down with some water to get the taste of of their mouth. Also tell them to stay in bed all day and not get out except when you need to go to the bathroom). It would also help by putting a TV in their room to keep them company in bed. If you need something call your mum or dad. Their your servants until your well!
Check temperature first. at 106 the brain starts to melt just info lol. usually when my kids start vomiting I keep them in the bathroom with tissues and things. And a big glass of Ginger Ale it tends to calm there stomachs. Remember to check there temperature regularly. i wouldn't give them Tylenol until 101 because the heat will kill a disease or virus but if it gets to hot put them in a cold bath and find a way to the hospital.

Vomiting or "purging" actually does not help in weight loss in eating disorders. When someone with an eating disorder purges the food has already begun to digest, therefore at least 50% of the calories are unable to be "purged."
dont feed it yellow shiz
Yes, it is possible to die from vomiting too forcefully. Severe vomiting can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and aspiration of vomit into the lungs, which can be life-threatening if not addressed promptly. It is important to seek medical attention if experiencing persistent and severe vomiting.
