Try to find stronger toys. What did you expect them to do with the toy?
I have one hound that loves to "de-squeak" any toy with a squeaky part ... I tend to not get him ones with a lot of stuffing because for him to get at that squeaker, he has to go through the stuffing.
Also it may help to find a different kind of toy ... this same hound loves empty plastic water bottles ... there's a cloth toy out there, that has velcro on the bottom, open it up, insert an empty water bottle, and he goes to town ... once its not as crunchy.. pull out one bottle stick another in..
