If your dog is throwing up his/her water it needs something to bind their stomach.DRY FOOD works, not the WET FOOD.And if they still dont eat the Dry Food, try to make the eating fun!What I mean by fun is to kinda play with their food till they eat it.Or if you dont wanna play with food, try hand feeding them. Trust Me This Does Work, Cuz it did with my dog.=]

∙ 10y agoGo to the vet as quickly as possible. Just as you would take a human to the doctor if he/she was exhibiting these symptoms you should take your dog. It could be something that needs urgent attention such as eating chocolate.
