There are dozens, if not hundreds of side-quests to complete in Morrowind, including but not limited to working your way up and taking over leadership of all the different guilds. If you feel the game is over after you have completed the main quest you are missing a lot of what Morrowind has to offer.
The expansion packs are great too. Both Bloodmoon and Tribunal have their own main plots, as well as multitudes of side-quests, new creatures, buildings, items, etc. If you are using the PC version of the game it might also be worth learning to use the Elder Scrolls Construction Set. With this you can create your own caves, towns, characters and objects, edit dialogue, write scripts to control advanced behaviour and much more. There are many such user-made "mods" available for download from the various fan-sites as well as from the official Elder Scrolls website. Many of these add new quests. Some even add entire new continents to the map!
Whatever you want to happen. The world's saved, most everybody's happy, and you feel like a hero. There's rising through the guild ranks, becoming a Knight of the Nine, assisting the Mad God in his own realm, doing errands for the townsfolk...
Basically defeat Dagoth Ur. The main quest story line is just to provide you some help, but you can go to the Red Mountain and defeat him from the beginning. Here is a copy & pasted walthrough of it:
Preparing for the AssaultIn order to assault Dagoth Ur's Citadel in the center of the Red Mountain (should be marked on your map if you've talked with Vivec), there's a few things you need:
That's it...your done!Quest BugAfter you've completed the main quest, there is a rare bug you might encounter if you speak to various people, including Divayth Fyr. They will seem to think that you've failed to complete the Nerevarine prophecies and you are directed to speak to Archcanon Saryoni in Vivec. It seems this is due to the exact order in which you completed the parts of the main quest, but exactly what is unsure.
a fun thing which i do alot! is to get a really good bow and go on a massive adventure across skyrim. when i do this i take out bandits and animals from a long distance which is fun

You can keep playing if that's what you're asking unlike in Fallout 3.
You can fix Skyrim on steam by removing all mods and Workshop content from your game before calling Skyrim support.
They're all about the same, but it depends if your character has a resistance to frost, fire or poison. This could change the outcome of a fight.
Beat the companion's quest line, ask him to be your follower, lead him out of the city, kill him.

NO! Skyrim is not a good game at all. In fact it is not even a great game. It is the most epic experience of your life!
Yes.
All the mannequins are in houses.
There may or may not be a demo for skyrim. Not all games have demos, and I'm fairly sure there has not been a confirmation of a demo for skyrim. There may be one in the future.
