If you're there for the first time, then you'll have Cecil, Yang, Tellah and Cid on your team. First, head into the castle and find the eight lady people, talk to each one of them, then go out into the forest area on the world map, keep heading north till you find a chocobo forest, get a black chocobo, then fly to the cave on a small island at the edge on Troia. You'll know when you see it, (black chocobos can fly and can only land in the forest) then land, go into the cave, (you can't have metalic weapons like swords, Yangs claws can still be used though. Bow and arrows work.) Then beat the boss, get the crystal, and then Kain will appear again on the Airship, and you go to the tower of Zot.
