You have a blown headgasket and the motor is probably ruined.
I'm pretty sure it's common
its on the bottom side of the radiator with a white plug.
what is the factory size for 2001 ford focus wagon
no
Ford did not make a focus wagon in the U.S. in 2009. I believe the last year was 2006, or 2007.
diesel
Not available for 2009. Look forward to the next few years for Ford to bring a hatchback and a wagon model for both Focus and FIESTA!
Need to know what the question is.
First, remove the water pump. The pump should be opened and repaired or replaced if any of these symptoms are present: 1. Perceptible friction of the shaft when turned by hand, this indicates bearing failure or deposits inside the pump. 2. Leaks around the shaft bearing, visible from outside. 3. Visible leaks and leaks from the vent hole on the pump body. Some moisture is normal and occurs because of seepage past the seal. If there are drops of water or coolant or a continuous stream of coolant then there is a seal or even a bearing failure. Replace or repair. It has happened that the fins on wanter pumps have wasted away so the coolant does not circulate, this happens rarely but is a possibility. The symptoms of faulty water pumps are mostly an overheated engine and rapid evaporation of water or coolant as it starts to boil. This is more serious on diesel engines as they are more expensive to repair in general. On older diesel engines, there is some tendency of air escaping into the water passages through a faulty cylinder head gasket, the leak may be very small but results in too much pressure in the cooling system and eventual overheating.
the coolant is low, or the radiator fan switch is not working
What is the question? ? ? ?
