You should consider it a break up and start dating other boys, or possibly take some time for yourself to do things you want to do without having a boyfriend or dating at all. You shouldn't snub him or quit talking to him, but you shouldn't go out of your way to see or talk to him. At work, you should talk to him when you need to for work purposes.

Friends talk on the phone, don't they? If you dind't want to speak to her so soon or at all, as harsh as it sounds, you should have told her so when you broke up. If she's making you uncomfortable by calling you every single day or several times a day, kindly remind her that you two aren't together anymore & no longer need to be talking on the phone. It's alright to want or need space, especially after a breakup!
