Pull over and kill the motor immediately when you lose oil pressure, failure to do so will destroy the engine.
Pull over and shut the engine off before it burns up.
Car needs service
Hmm... while driving, and/or intermittently? Or has something really gone south and the car just has no guts ever? Can you be a little more precise? FriPilot
might be a dirty fuel filter
1. verify that the oil pressure is actually dropping using a calibrated oil pressure gauge. 2. most likely scenario, the oil pressure is not really dropping, the oil pressure sending unit on your vehicle is bad...common Chevy v8 problem
i replace the erg, tps, idle control module and ignition control module, and while driving past 30mph i loss power why
There are many reasons as to why a car may lose power while driving. However, the most likely cause is a bad fuel pump. This causes the car to 'think' that there is not any gas, so it begins to stall, and eventually stalls while driving.
Battery, Alternator, Gas?, Spark plugs, loss of pressure in the enguine? is the car turning over at all? does it want to start? Does it do anything when you turn the key?
Loss of fuel (fuel pump) loss of ignition ( crankshaft or camshaft sensor or wiring)
Bad connection somewhere? Loss of power? (check and wiggle fuse)
