Edit (By ray1613): I played a game similar to 'slapsies' , where I continously slapped my opponents hand (and vice versa) and I ended up with bursted blood vessels, I got a swollen hand and lots of red patches over my hand - But luckily it was minor and not serious, and it was only the back of my hand

∙ 10y agoYou can treat a bursted blood vessel in your wrist by icing the area and putting a bandage over it to protect the skin over the burst vessel. Just rest your wrist.
